The guidance program consists of a bilateral relationship, based on mutual trust, between a mentor and an entrepreneur. The objective of the relationship is to encourage Omani entrepreneurs and their enterprises to succeed and take their business to the next level. The mentors share their personal experience, knowledge and motivation; this inspires the entrepreneurs, improves their capabilities, and helps them achieve their goals.
